Monkeying Around

Some weeks back, I played reporter for the first time and had to interview the Zoo's resident photographer for a "Face-in-the-Crowd" piece.
Among the many anecdotes he shared during the session, I was particularly amused when he talked about the picture below.

For one Valentine's Day, the zoo instructed him to look out for photographs depicting love between the animals. So he headed out to the primate's section which he thought would be his best bet since they are most like humans in behavior.
True enough - as luck would have it - not long after, he spotted these 2 monkeys whispering intimately into each other's ears and snapped away.

But that wasn't all, he explained.

A while later, it got down to - and he quickly directed my attention to a picture he had hidden under his file - this.

The zoo's PR, who obviously wasn't aware of this little "stunt" of his, yelped out in mock protest and immediately tried to steer us away to the next question.

Funny.
